Unlike many of the web sites and applications you use day-to-day, the Clips Fatale privacy policy is defined largely by what data we DO NOT collect.

Like all web sites, we do collect data for diagnostic and evaluation purposes:

• We collect the user agent and referrer headers from your web browser to ensure our site meets the needs of our users and to understand where traffic is originating from. We do not store search keywords or relate these technical details to individuals.

All of these technologies can track you around the Internet. We thought you'd rather they didn't.

The Website complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you reasonably believe that your copyrighted work has been used or posted by a third party without your consent, please contact office@clipsfatale.com with sufficient proof of your claim for us to progress it. Communications which lack sufficient proof may not be replied to.

By submitting a copyright infringement notice or other communication (including communications about content stored on or transmitted through the Website), you consent to have these communications forwarded to the person or entity who stored, transmitted, or linked to the content addressed by your communication, to facilitate a prompt resolution. The Company forwards DMCA infringement notices (including any personally identifying information contained in the notices) as submitted to the Company without any deletions.

Our services only collect personally identifying information where you explicitly choose to provide it. Should you, at any time, change your mind, please contact office@clipsfatale.com with your account name and we'll be happy to remove your account and any information related to it.
